Welcome to The Woodbridge Inn, Pewsey
The Woodbridge is a traditional Wiltshire coaching inn which dates back to 1786. A delightful mix of old and new, its set in acres of beautiful countryside and even has its own river at the bottom of the garden (feel free to bring a blanket and ask us to organise a picnic lunch for you to enjoy by the riverside).
A friendly family run pub, the Woodbridge is set in the heart of the Vale of Pewsey, Wiltshire, serving good food, real cask ales and service with a smile. We can easily be reached by car, bus, cycle and even foot for those seasoned ramblers.
We’re located near many historical sites including the stone circle at Avebury, Stonehenge, the White Horse and many other places of interest.
The Woodbridge Inn has its own campsite too which is very popular in the summer months due to the picturesque location. Local to it is the famous Roman Ridgeway which offers extensive walks for those who enjoy the great outdoors.
Families are welcome and that includes your pet pooch (there are 4 resident doggies here – our Dennis is becoming famous for his cuddles with the locals) – so add us to your dog friendly places to stay list!
At the Woodbridge you are always guaranteed great food & drink and a very warm welcome from Kiera and the team so pop in and see us.

“A little paradise for us! just what we needed.”
We came across this place only to stay a night but realised it was the perfect spot for us to chill and relax, We ended up camping for 4 nights. Our son had such an amazing time fishing in the river and being free to run with nature. We just chilled and relaxed in the surroundings.
